Antonio Brown is the safe selection here at the top of the Week 1 rankings–especially with Lev Bell being out, I’m expecting the Steelers to lean on AB even more than usual…DeShaun Watson looks to DeAndre Hopkins early and often–the Patriots have a knack for taking away an opponent’s top weapon, but I don’t see how you can get away from Nuk’ in this high scoring affair…Keenan Allen is a PPR monster, and the Chiefs don’t have anyone who can match up with him–big time upside in this matchup…Michael Thomas is in a similar situation, the main target in a high octane offense facing a defense that has little to no chance of stopping him…I moved up Chris Hogan a great deal in Week 1, I expect Tom Brady to rely on Gronk and Hogan a ton on Sunday…I have dropped virtually all of the Giant playmakers in the rankings–Odell Beckham Jr. is a special player there is no questioning that, however, I expect the Jaguars secondary to focus on taking him away…look for the Rams to show off their new toy in Brandin Cooks on Monday Night Football…better days are ahead for the likes of Tyreek Hill, Doug Baldwin, and Mike Evans…facing stellar secondaries I would expect a hit to their respective numbers in the short term.
