N’Keal Harry Scouting Report

STRENGTHS: N’Keal Harry has been on the scouting radar for quite some time, for good reason…Harry has some talents that the NFL highly desires…he high points the football and uses his 215 lb. frame to box off defenders…goes up and gets the ball above the frame…plays exceedingly well through contact—a very physical prospect…great body control…breaks tackles with great strength at the WR position…a plus player when it comes to YAC…

WEAKNESSES: N’Keal Harry becomes a body-catcher far too often…needs better technique with his hands to avoid this being something that cripples his upside…sloppy technique coming off of the line of scrimmage causes a lack of separation…does not play the game full throttle all of the time, so questionable work ethic rumors persist…

OVERALL: N’Keal Harry is one of our fascinating prospects heading towards the 2019 NFL Draft. Harry was once viewed as the top WR in this class, and a potential Top 10 back, and now, he has seen his draft stock slide to the point where he may not be a 1st rounder at all. There is still a lot to like about his game. N’Keal Harry looks like he was developed in a lab somewhere—he looks the part of a NFL WR. The Scouting Combine and individual workouts will be huge for him, as we need to how he runs, and if he can separate at the NFL level. For the time being, I have him in the 2nd round mix in the 2019 NFL Draft.
